Hi, I’m Mariah, the heart behind Duckie’s Party Co. — where we turn celebrations into magical, unforgettable moments! I started my business in 2021 in the Inland Empire, but my passion for caring for others began long before. As the big sister to four younger siblings and a former nanny, making people feel special, safe, and celebrated has always been second nature to me. Eventually, I moved to San Diego in 2023, which has become home and a community I love serving.

The name “Duckie” was my childhood nickname, and it’s a constant reminder of simpler days, boundless imagination, and the magic of seeing the world through a child’s eyes. Carrying that name into my business is my way of honoring my own inner child — and it’s why our celebrations aren’t just for kids, but also for the young at heart.

Long before I opened my business, I had already dedicated over 200 hours to volunteer work in my community, which taught me the value of meaningful, personal connections. That same spirit guides everything we do at Duckie’s Party Co. — from kneeling down to connect with a shy little one, to hyping up our adult guests wanting to join the fun, to creating moments that make people feel truly seen. We focus on high-quality, one-on-one interactions that build confidence, nurture imagination, and create lasting, sentimental memories for every guest.

I’m proud to serve families and communities all across Southern California — and beyond — because having lived in three different counties, I’ve built many personal and professional connections that I love to nurture. Whether I’m returning to familiar faces or visiting friends and family in different cities, it’s a joy to keep spreading magic wherever I go. I’m truly grateful to own a business that empowers me to do that, and I’m especially grateful for the clients that make it all possible for me.
